Respectful customer behaviour: you can walk away

Following an abusive incident at the pharmacy, every site is reminded that no team member has to stay in an abusive conversation. State once that the behaviour is unacceptable, withdraw and call a supervisor. Supervisors will end the interaction and call police where there is any threat. Record every event on the incident form, and take up the debrief and support offered.
