Six departments make up the business. Each page shows the purpose, the people, the measures that matter and the systems the team works in.
Supermarket Operations
Runs the Frankston supermarket across grocery, fresh produce, deli, bakery, butchery, dairy and frozen, the front end and night fill. Owns food safety, stock availability, shrink and the customer experience on the floor and at the checkout.
Fashion Store
Runs the Chadstone region fashion store selling apparel, footwear and accessories. Owns fitting room service, selling skills, seasonal floor changes, size curve management and the store's contribution to the online range through ship-from-store orders.
Community Pharmacy
Runs the Cranbourne community pharmacy, its dispensary, front-of-shop health ranges and health services. Owns the safe supply of pharmacy medicines and pharmacist only medicines, dispensary accuracy, patient privacy and the afternoon delivery run to homes and aged care facilities.
Online Store and Fulfilment
Runs the Marketplace online store, the Dandenong South fulfilment centre, click and collect points at each site and the delivery fleet. Owns the online customer experience, order accuracy, cold chain for delivered groceries, digital content and the analytics that drive the range.
Merchandise, Buying and Visual Merchandising
Plans ranges, buys stock, negotiates with suppliers and sets promotions across all formats from head office, and designs and installs visual merchandising displays in the stores. Owns margin, range reviews, promotional calendars, planograms and the look of every store.
People, Safety and Loss Prevention
Supports every site with recruitment, induction, rostering, training, workplace health and safety, security and loss prevention. Owns the incident register, the training matrix, the respectful customer behaviour program and the investigation of theft, fraud and cash discrepancies.
